I like to read the quilt names and try to figure out what the piece will look like. If I happen to recognize the artist’s name and I have a picture in my mind of what their work looks like, I may meld the two views together. Dominie Nash with Big Leaf 27, for example, is making a very interesting picture in my head, or Betty Busby with Organelle. I would write more, but my life is a complicated mess of places I have to be and things I have to do. This weekend has been hell for that. I may write about it later, at the soccer game. Maybe.
